ARTICLES OF FAITH

The fundamental teachings of this ministry and its ministries are reflected in the following clear statements of faith:

WE BELIEVE…

1. In the verbal inspiration of the Bible and the Holy Scriptures as the infallible, inerrant, and sole final authority for all matters of faith and conduct. (2 Tim 3:16; 1 Cor 2:13).

2. In the Eternal Godhead who has revealed Himself as One God eternally existing in three persons, namely the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost, distinguishable, yet indivisible (Matt 28:19; 2 Cor 13:14)

3. That the Lord Jesus Christ is the Savior of all mankind, conceived of the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, very God and very man (Luke 1:26-35; John 1:14-18; Isa 7:14); That Christ died for our sins, was buried, and rose again the third day (1 Cor 15:1-4; Rom 4:25)

4. In the ascension of Jesus to a heavenly realm, His exaltation, and personal and literal coming again for His church and in His church (John 14:2,3; 1 Thes 4:13-18) and in the salvation of sinners through grace, repentance, and faith in the perfect work of the Cross of Calvary through which we obtain remission of sins (Eph 2:8-9; Heb 9:12, 22; Rom 5:11)

5. In the necessity of water baptism by immersion in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost in the fulfillment of Christ's commandment (Acts 2:34-36; 19:1-6)

6. In the Baptism of the Holy Ghost as a real experience with scriptural evidence of speaking with other tongues as the spirit gives utterance (Acts 2: 1-4; 8: 14-17; 10:44-46; Gal 3:14-15)

7. In the operation of the Gifts of the Spirit in the church and in the life of the believer (1 Cor 12-14).

8. In living a spirit-filled life, and in the attainment of perfection, i.e. completeness, wholeness, maturity, and a place of His rest where we cease from our own works and where we cease from being motivated by selfish reasons, but where everything is all about Him (Eph 5:18; 1 Cor 6:14; Heb 4).

9. In Divine Healing, the Lord's Supper, and the washing of the saint's feet (1 Cor 11, 12; Mat 25, 26; Acts 4; Rom 8; James 5).

10. In eternal life for the believer and eternal punishment for the unbeliever (John 3, 5; Mark 9; 2 Thes 1; Rev 20).

11. There is only one true Body of Christ (remnant, church) made up of believers, but this one body is also composed of many local churches and ministries in many given localities. These churches and ministries are under sovereign headship of the Lord Jesus Christ, exercising autonomous government under Him, administering all its local affairs and ministry, as well as the propagation of the Gospel (Acts 15; Mat 16, 18).

12. That the existence of any local, state, and national government is ordained of God. We declare our loyalty to our government and its leaders and will assist in any way possible consistent with our faith and the Scriptures and as Christian citizens.
